At the ‘Regional Translation Center’ we translate practically into all languages of the world, as well as from any language; at the same time, the topics of translations can be anything – from medicine and law to contracts and email correspondence. But can we notarize any translation we have done? Let’s answer this question in this article.
What are the types of notarial certification of translations
For simplicity, we distinguish two types of assurances:
1) You can notarize the translator’s signature, thus confirming his qualifications and the right to work, for example, with the English language.
2) It is also possible to certify a copy (photocopy) of the document simultaneously with the signature of the translator. With this action, the notary confirms that the copy is made from the original correctly and immediately notarizes the qualifications of the translator who worked on the document.
The ‘Regional Translation Center’ has several offices in Ukraine, and we cooperate not with one, but with several notaries, so we can notarize your translation quickly and efficiently, adapting to the client’s requests.
In addition, by contacting our translation agency, you will always receive high-quality advice on notarial and even legal issues. We will tell you which documents to submit where (VHI, registry office, etc.) and in what form.
Which documents are most often notarized?
Almost any translation can be certified with the seal and signature of a notary, but most often they apply for translations and NCs of such documents:
– Passport;
– Various certificates (for example, driver’s, pension, student);
– Diplomas and certificates;
– Certificates of non-conviction, from the place of work, from the place of study, from the bank, from the Housing Office, etc.;
– Certificate of birth, marriage, divorce, change of surname, etc.;
– Invoice and a number of documents for customs control;
– Documents issued by a legal entity, if they have a signature and seal;
– Various contracts.
The list is, of course, not complete. But the good news is that in our Center we are always ready to advise on specific issues and documents.
What documents can be certified with the seals of a translation agency
We certify absolutely every translation we make with our seals. We assure without fail for all clients and we do not take additional money for this.
Where in Kharkov and the region to make a notarized translation
There are many nuances when working with a translation and further certification of this translation by a notary. These nuances require careful attention and work experience, otherwise critical errors may be made, due to which the translated documents will simply not be accepted at the registry office, voluntary medical insurance, consulate or other institution where these documents must be submitted. That is why, for translation and notarization, you should turn to professionals represented by the “Regional Translation Center”, where they will always help you, prompt and make a notarized translation of the desired document in the shortest possible time and always at the highest level of quality.
